Plansure Insurance is a licensed independent insurance brokerage. We were built on a simple idea. When you call about your health insurance, a licensed person should pick up the phone. They should know your situation, know every plan available to you, and tell you the truth about what each one costs and what each one covers.
Our story
Why we started Plansure.
The federal marketplace shows you 47 plans and asks you to pick. Carriers route you to a queue. Aggregators sell your phone number to the highest bidder. The result is a country where most people pay too much for insurance they don’t fully understand.
Plansure does the opposite. You tell us your ZIP, your doctors, your prescriptions, and your budget. A licensed broker compares every plan we have access to and brings you the three that actually fit. In plain English. With real prices.
We’re an independent brokerage, which means we’re not a captive arm of any single carrier. We’re appointed with UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, Allstate Health Solutions, Pivot Health, Oscar Health, Aetna, and Cigna. If the right plan pays us less, we still write that plan.

Plansure Insurance is a licensed independent insurance brokerage. Plansure brokers hold active health and life producer licenses in the states where they sell, and are appointed with the carriers whose products they recommend.
Plansure brokers are currently licensed to sell in AZ, FL, TX, MO, AL, OH. If you’re outside our current footprint, call us and we’ll refer you to a trusted licensed broker in your state.
Producer license numbers and National Producer Numbers (NPNs) are available on request. Plansure is not affiliated with HealthCare.gov, Medicare, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), or any government agency.
