Eligibility and coverage

Insurance plans referenced on this site are subject to availability, underwriting, and state regulations. Coverage, rates, and effective dates are determined by the carrier and applicable state department of insurance.

Free to consumers

Plansure’s services are free to consumers. We are compensated by the carrier you select, at standard commission rates published by that carrier. Our compensation does not affect the premium you pay.

Licensing

Plansure is licensed in AZ, FL, TX, MO, AL, OH. Each Plansure broker holds an active health producer license in the states where they serve clients. Producer license numbers are available on request via contact.
